These terms govern your use of maestromoor.site and any booking you make with Maestro Moor. By using the site or making a booking you agree to them.
Bookings & rates
Booking requests made through this website are confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from our reservations team. Rates are shown per room per night in US dollars and may change until confirmed.
Cancellations & changes
Flexible rates may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged one night’s stay. Advance purchase and package rates are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Check-in requirements
Guests must present valid photo ID and a payment card at check-in. The main guest on each booking must be at least 18 years old.
Gaming
Access to the gaming floor is limited to guests aged 21 and over. We may refuse service, request ID at any time and apply responsible gaming measures at our discretion. All gaming is subject to the rules displayed on the casino floor.
Guest conduct
We ask all guests to respect others and our property. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay in the case of unsafe, unlawful or disruptive behaviour, and to charge for any damage caused.
