The questions we hear most often.
Do I need to play at the casino to stay with you?
Not in the slightest. Many of our guests come purely for the beds, the spa, the rooftop pool and the kitchens, and never set foot on the gaming floor.
Is Maestro Moor a good choice for families?
Yes. Guests of every age are welcome in our rooms and restaurants, and at the pool until 7 PM. The gaming floor, and the Nocturne Lounge after 9 PM, are reserved for guests aged 21 and over.
When are check-in and check-out?
Rooms are ready from 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. If you would like a later departure, ask the front desk and we will say yes whenever we can.
Do you sell stay packages?
We do. Choose from dinner-and-stay, spa weekend and Stay & Play packages when you book, or let our reservations team build one around your plans.
