Check-in from 3 PM and check-out by 11 AM. Early arrivals and late departures depend on availability.
Cancellation
Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Special offers may carry their own terms.
Children & extra beds
Children are very welcome. Cots and rollaway beds can be added to selected rooms on request.
Pets
Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome in garden-level rooms for a cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance.
Parking
Self-parking and valet are available on site. Valet is free for overnight guests.
Gaming age & ID
The gaming floor is for guests aged 21 and over. Valid photo ID may be requested at any time.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and contactless payment. A card is required at check-in for incidentals.

Guest rooms, restaurants and the gaming floor are all smoke-free. Outdoor terraces are provided for smokers.
